Can I Join, Billy?

Suchops fragilis is a member of a bizarre group of derived archosaurs found in the marshes and wetlands of the Billy Archipelago, where they feed on fish and small animals. The elongated filaments protruding from their throat and back are likely for display.

This quick sketch is basically me asking RickWhiteTiger if I can join his Isles Of Billy group, which I could've just asked, but I wanted to provide something with it.
